As Facebook keeps reminding me, I haven't posted in awhile. So here is what is going on here at Hedgerow Art today.
It is COLD in the studio, so I have moved to painting in the house until the weather cooperates a little. I just realized the point of an artist's beret. When I went to move my easel and stand up, the painting slipped and whomped me on top of the head. This resulted in green paint and gel gummed up in my hair, so I immediately ran for the shower. Now with clean hair, I'm strongly considering buying a beret.
I am in a mad dash to finish line in getting ready for my solo show in April. So, if I'm a bit quiet on here, that is why.
The Monster book is also in need of starting.

Sometimes you have a fantastic idea for a series and everything goes like clockwork. Sometimes, the ass falls off two of these pieces and the other two crack badly. It's those days I have to stop and reevaluate the few good pieces that survived and tell myself, "you are not screwed yet. You can pull this off".
